Sodium hydrogen carbonate for preventive and curative control of powdery mildews and apple scab.
AGROZERO BICARBACTIV has been especially designed for the preventive and curative control of all types of powdery mildews and apple scab on crops.
Since its formulation is natural and does not generate resistance of the diseases, it is very useful to rotate with conventional fungicides and sulphur-based products.
Its fungicide activity is based on contact disinfecting all the pathogenic fungi present on the crops when they enter in contact with the water solution. When the product is mixed in the spraying solution, carbonates and bicarbonate activate and cause a fast increase of pH on the surface of the crops and inside the cells of the pathogenic fungi leading to the destruction of the cell wall of mycelium and spores to prevent their implantation and development on the crops.
This product has been developed for fruit, vegetable, berry and ornamental crops, in glasshouse and open field.
Product certified to be used as an input in Organic Farming according to the established Regulations and it is suitable for application in Vulnerable Areas where fertliser inputs are resitricted.
