Calcium complexed conditioner for saline soils for root application.
EFISOIL GEPASAL is a displacer and conditioner for saline and/or sodified soils. Its formulation, rich in calcium and lignosulfonic acid, a correct and effective displacement of harmful salts contained in the soil change complex. It provi-des fully assimilable calcium, improving the hardness and quality of the fruits, and post-harvest conservation.
Its application should be done mainly in the first phases of the crop where the vulnerability of young roots is highest. It is recommended to irrigate after application to promote the washing of the salts.
In addition, it is a preventive product that provides calcium available to the plant if necessary. Prevention against salinity acquired in soils is essential to maintain the structural integrity of the soil. The application of calcium with lignosulfonate provides other advantages such as:
- Reduces the viscosity of solutions avoiding the aggregation of calcium and prevents the attraction of these particles.
- Gives the product greater stability against changes in pH, temperature and electrolyte concentration.
- It provides the complexation capacity of calcium, guarantee-ing and improving its persistence in the soil, and in the nutritio-nal case, ensuring better absorption and assimilation by the plant.
